Fish extenders (FE) are typically are made of fabric and have multiple pockets. If you search Fish Extenders on eBay you will find a bunch for sale. They are called fish extenders because the is a fish clip outside of your stateroom that they hang from. Usually people who sign up for the FE are broken up into several groups. On our last cruise we had 7 different groups. In my experience groups of 25-30 people keeps the FE from becoming to overwelming. Feel free to ask me any questions that you may have.

Honestly, I am not sure, lol. This is our first Disney Cruise. I was hoping that maybe someone with more experience would take the lead!

Lol I have read that all age groups can be involved and that it is a lot of fun. Maybe someone with more cruise knowledge will join the group soon

The information you need to start an FE list is stateroom number and how many people in the room. Then more detailed information of each person like age and gender. The reason you give more detailed information is that some people are very creative and personalize gifts for each person. Other useful information would be are you celebrating anything or allergic to anything.

Group can start at any time. Typically they are open until 30 days before departure. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Great! This will be our first cruise also. I don't know if you have read about the Fish Extender and exchange but several of us are interested in setting up a group. Please let me know if your family is interested.

We definitely want to be part of the FE. We leave on a cruise in two weeks. If nobody has started a list by the time we get back we will be willing to be in charge of the FE.

We are back from our Transatlantic cruise and as promised I will start the Fish Extender (F/E) list. Anybody who Is interested should send me the following information.
Stateroom number/s, who's in the state room, adults male/female. Kids boy/ girls and ages, first names ( for people who want to personalize gifts) also any allergys is always good information. Anything you may be celebrating on the cruise. I will create a spreadsheet to keep track. Let me know if there is any info I may have missed. Hopefully this will get our forum a little more active.
