we did think about an outside vendor. However, I am not organized enough to arrange flowers on my own. I would have them on the wrong date, or color and even the wrong flower. Having Disney do them I know at least I will have flowers. We don't need that many of them so we are willing to pay the little extra cost to make sure we actually get flowers.

Oh my goodness...it is getting close. It hit home yesterday when I made the reservations to board the dogs. I only had to flip two pages on the calendar to see the dates

My sister is correct. I need to get some things done on the wedding. For two days I have been looking at toasting glasses on etsy and I have not purchased them. I think it is because I have been hoarding money for so long that I just can't spend it. I want them but I just keep putting them into the shopping cart and then I don't pay. LOL. I have not even purchased anything for the welcome bags. I just can't seem to get past this block about spending money. You know what must have frozen over because I LOVE spending money. I know I am going to be doing everything last minute and stressed because I waited. Keep reading for the future meltdowns LOL.

good luck 'oohing and ahhing' over them. This is the best picture I can get. I will take a picture when they come in. If you squint and look at the center of the glass you just migh see a teenie tiny itty bitty mickey. I did purchase them today and I got my groom gift for Jeff also.

I pulled out the magnifying glass so I could 'Ooh and Ahh'.

Went to my sisters yesterday to craft the welcome bags and got a total of one done. OMG it was four hours to get one done. In my defense I did have the kids around the later part and I do have the attention span of a goldfish.... what was I writing? Oh yes those welcome bags. I keep making mock ups and changing them that it seems like they never get done. I have finally settled on the design, got the fabric and figured out the placement. I thought we were going to get them knocked out last night but to no avail. For some reason I was cutting the fabric short and wasted at least half a yard of fabric UGH UGH UGH. By this time the kids were exhausted and every time you would turn around there was a rolling melt down (and the kids had some to) We finally got two panels cut and figured out and it was time for us to go home. Oh well one done and nine more to go!!! Thank goodness this is a small wedding or I would never get anything done.

The kids are off this week so time to get stuff done is limited but I am going to try to get our ties ordered. Brides get a dress and we get ties. I know not nearly as exciting but thats what we get for not be a traditional couple, but I will post a pic when I get them anyway.

Finally... Jeff and I decided not to go with a traditional guest book (running theme I see) and instead going to use this.

It was Diane who suggested it and we both loved it. Someone please remind me to bring the correct color Sharpie marker.

Well thank you for following. How on earth have I missed your PJ also. I do believe you have more plans completed than I do. My theory is whatever I have done by the day of the wedding is what I have done and we are still going to enjoy the day. We are at Disney... how can there be a bad day.

I know today is a random day with random posting and I still have to finsih Day 1 of our planning session but I think my sister decided on MOH dress. originally I was going for a Disney Maidens dress in the Belle series, but leave it to Disney to change designers so it is no longer available. Here is a close second and I think she likes it. She has done all the work and found it.

we shall see what happens with this.

I just found your planning journal also and I love everything. I really love all of your do it yourself projects even if they don't always come out exactly right you keep a positive attitude and just try again!!!

I am partial to using the Vinylmation as a gust book also because we had one too. We couldn't find white when we looked so we ended up with a hot pink one and I just love it even though at first I was unsure. Just so you know, all of our guests loved it so much.
