Jambo vs Kadani

I just booked a GV at AKV and was given the choice of either Jambo or Kidani.

I have no idea what the difference is...help!! LOL!!!

Can anyone tell me what the differences are, and if one is preferred over the other?

Kidani is the new section and Jambo is the converted part of AKL itself. Kidani will have units that are built specifically for DVC while Jambo's units are converted rooms. The pluses are that Kadani will supposedly have a nice new pool area. It will not have a counter service restaurant though. At Jambo you have access to Mara. There are other differences that I'm sure others will post about.

In the long run we will probably stay in Jambo more than Kidani because the pool isn't that important to us and we like easy access to Mara as we always stay in Studios.

Thanks for the info on counter service!! I also just saw that the Jambo House GV has a pool table, which could be fun!

I pulled the trigger and booked Jambo.
