Hi
we have recently bought into dvc and would value views on the above question.Have stayed at okw for 5 weeks in a 2 bed previously and loved it,but thought a change would be nice. We are a party of nine inc 1 infant and will not be doing the parks for this 5 day stay if that helps.we have 7 children aged 15 13 11 10 7 4 and 18 months ,so space is appreciated:).we will have a car, and dh needs an electric wheelchair just to give more info.any thoughts?

I'd go with Kidani because of the extra bathroom. Kidani 2 bedrooms have 3 full baths, but Jambo 2 bedrooms have 2.

And the Kidani Village 2-bedroom is approx. 100 sq ft larger than the non-Value 2-bedrooms in Jambo House.

all 2Br in jambo have queen and sofabed in the 2nd BR, if that matters. We prefer Jambo for the quick service restaurant. Kidani has an awesome community hall with ps3 games, crafts, games, coloring, etc. My kids spend many hours there. It is not a gorp off place--but there is a big balcony overlooking the savanna. Your 15 and 13 yr old could go alone (and probably take the 11 yr old as well--technically under 12 need supervision--but I doubt they would mind a well-behaved 11 yr old with older siblings, esp. if you had previously gone and stayed yourself).
K also has a spray ground for water play and a small water slide for toddlers (plus is bigger one). Standards in J have a view of the pool, in K it is usually a parking lot.
With 9, a 3rd bathroom would probably tip me towards K, esp. with the community hall. If you plan to eat a lot at the counter service restaurant, then maybe J. If you want 2 beds in 2nd BR, then make sure to request dedicated vs lock off.
