I dined at Jaleo in Washington DC a few years ago and it was AMAZING! Looking at the menu on MDE, it looks a lot smaller, many fewer choices, versus what I enjoyed in DC. Is the online menu the true menu on site in Disney Springs? Any one have any images of it?

Cannot believe the bacon wrapped dates aren't on there!!

Their website says they are offering a smaller menu right now due to Covid complications. Incidentally, the DC menu states the same and is almost the same size as the Disney Springs location.

Pre-Covid, I remember it being quite large.

My guess is that it'll return to it's former size once food supply and staff concerns are resolved.

By my count, the online DC pdf menu has over 40 items listed (I didn't see a kids section), where the MDE Jaleo menu, excluding the kids items is in the mid 20s. The DC menu does indeed have the same Covid statement at the top as you say, but it looks to me to still be offering a good amount more.

Either way, we aren't going until October, so hopefully the DS location will be able to offer more.

Are you looking at their website menu? MDE is not accurate for non-Disney restaurants. At just a glance, it does appear to have more items than MDE includes.

I hope you find something you like on the menu in October.

I was looking at the Jaleo menu on MDE. I will check the Jaleo website menu. Thanks!

Also, if you happen to be going by October 3 (and sometimes restaurants extend it a bit if it's popular!), Jaleo typically participates in Orlando Magical Dining and their offerings this past year were AMAZING and our meal was less than $40/person.

We will be arriving later in the month, so looks like we will miss out in that event. Bummer....sounds amazing.
