Jakob's Pre Make-A-Wish Trip ( Big Give Photos 3/13/09)

OMG...The wish granters are coming in an hour to bring us our trip stuff...Oh boy, I really hope I do not cry... however I am sure I will.

3 more days and I have been packing...so all will be packed by tomorrow night so we can just chill on Friday night...I have been checking the weather website ( about 10 of them) and all looks OK..with warm weather and a chance of t-storms...so my last thing to get is pounchos ( not sure the spelling) and we will be set.

I will make sure to take pictures tonight of Jake and his granters...I will post an update on how the night went.....OMG....I am starting to cry now.......

Just thinking about it is making ME cry. Now how is that supposed to work? I was just on Jake's Caring Bridge site...

I hope you can get a video of Jake seeing the castle! I agree with Maroo - I get a little teary thinking about how excited he will be to see and do everything.

I'm a little late to your PTR but I went through it ALL and I just have to say you have beautiful children and I cannot wait to hear all about the trip!!!!! Jake is the cutest little guy! You are all in my prayers.

Jake's wish granters came tonight.... Not only did they bring us our trip information, they brought everyone gifts.

Jake and Hannah both got these AWESOME mickey hats ( Jake and Hannah were wearing them right up until bedtime...)

And this cool "All About Disney Book"...Jake was in awww with one.

They brought each one of us Disney shirts. Hannah and myself got cool Tink shirts, and Kevin, Jake and Brannon all got old style Micky Mouse shirts. Along with the shirts, they got Jake and Hannah Disney Kites, and both photo albums that they can put pictures in when they get home.

Just all around awesome.... We really do have awesome wish granters.

Here they are with Hannah and Jake ( they did give the to post this picture) They will be back on Saturday morning to see us off...our Limo comes at 8:30am.......by the way, like our cat in the background...he did not want to be left out

I also wanted to add that we shared with them all the AWESOME things the kids received from the Big Give....the both of them were in awww with each of the gifts....

I gave our wish agency the web address to the Wish Trip thread so they could share it with new families....I think wish families are surprised to find a forum like this where they can talk to others who have been where they are.

Aww, you guys must be so excited. I can only imagine Jake's level of excitement today!!!! If feels like such a long wait, but then when the time comes, it felt like it went by so fast. My trip is not here yet, but I feel like we just booked it, and we did that in January.
