I've Googled images, but I can't tell....

Is the audience sitting on steps?

How many people are typically at a show? If it matters I'm looking at the 12:25 show on an 8/9 crowd day.

Any advice if you think your child would enjoy being picked to go on stage?

We are doing Pirate's League late morning, so I'm trying to decide if this is a must do after.

This is a really fun show. It can be busy but there are several shows on everyday. The show happens on a stage and the audience sit or stand around. If you want your child to be picked, you should get there early so you can be close to the front. Several kids are chosen to join the "pirates crew" and you get a paper declaration. You can also do Pirates League where the kids get made up as Pirates and they bring them over to see the show.

definitely try to be up front. It's a fun, short show even if your kid doesn't get picked to go up on stage to learn to sword fight with Cap. Jack. They all will get to go up and get certificates at the end... also there are multiple opportunities to see the show as it happens several times a day... Jack didn't pick my daughter the first time but came up to her and called her princess... we caught the show again the next day and he picked her that time ( I think he recognized her)... after that forget it!!! "Captain Jack is so handsome...." " Captain Jack is so nice..." She was five... it was the cutest thing ever...
