Saw this floating around last week. They were NOT fired b/c of female flashers. Their contracts were up, and Disney chose not to renew them. Disney can't have every character of all time wandering the parks at all times. (Besides, Jack's still in Orlando.) Disney has to keep moving forward.

But really...
How can someone be fired for someone else's actions??- It's not like they motioned for the girls to flash them or even told them to- That sounds ridiculous- I agree with the PP- more like their contracts must have been up and, yeah, promoting a new movie so time to change characters a bit...

They weren't fired.. As stated before, their contracts were not renewed.. This is unfortunately part of Disney's cut in entertainment budget due to the projected lower attendence in 2009....
