Jack lost his mouse ears........

.......he left them on the plane in Detroit. We called the airline when we got home Wednesday afternoon and left our phone # but didn't hear from them so I assume they didn't find them. He's heart broken:( Does anyone know if I can get The Chapeau to send him another pair and how or who would I contact??
 
You can always call Disney Merchandising at 1–407–363–6200 or e-mail them at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com I also know that Gifts of a Lifetime will send out personalized ears as well. Good luck :)
 
Oh how terrible. If you are unable to get a new pair, I would be more then happy to pick up a pair and send them to you. Did he have his name embroided (sp?) on them? Just let me know.
 

I'm going at the beginning of Nov. - I can get a new pair for him too if you want.

First off I feel so bad for Jack - and I saw this post yesterday morning right after it went up - I typed up a response - and of course the board ate it.....:rolleyes: I didn't have the phone number and then Elaine sneaked in and had the info so I didn't try resubmitting.....

But - I'm sorry - but every time I see the title of the thread, I get a serious case of the giggles! I envision a little boy running around with a mouse who has no ears! I'm sorry - I'm giggling right now!!:o I seriously need to get a life - sorry. I do hope that Jack gets a new set of mouse ears!! Please, please, please see the humor in this as well!!:D ::MickeyMo
