May God be with you in Afghanistan. We have a friend over there who's a forward-unit surgeon and I know even his descriptive letters can't convey what's happening there. Be safe!

Thanks for the support. I am para-military. For a person who has probably 6 photo's taken of me over my lifetime, I am far from being a celebrity. I was in total shock when I started reading some of the posts.

Glad to see that you are back. You really are a great source of information for these boards!

I think that it is safe to say that there were a lot of people concerned about you and hopefully you know how much we really appreciate the opportunity to pick your brain every once in awhile, along with all the other vets! I find it really heart-warming to know that the DIS is a great place where I have made a lot of friends along the way and hopefully you have been able to see through this whole thing that you have a lot more friends than you might have previously thought!

We are stay in a 1 bedroom villa, 8/15-8/22. I love your photos also. I do not PP, do not have the time. Took a bridge last year, going back to a DSLR. I still shoot film.
