Jack in the Box mini tacos

You know, I never realized I needed these in my life until my kid asked that I get them instead of the traditional (and cheap) two fried tacos.

It's pretty much just a round tortilla chip folded over around seasoned ground beef.

Yeah, I know! Whenever I drive up around Nashville (which it's been a while) I love to get these. Sometimes Burger King will have tacos as a special item and they are very, very similar to the Jack in the Box ones. Those mini-tacos though look amazing!

Yes!!!!! I'm on the Jack in the Box mailing list and they taunt me all the time with these. I recently started eating vegetarian but told my family that I would make an exception for mini tacos when we drive from Chicago to Orlando.
