Our valet tickets came in!! I posted them in the FB group, but here they are!
I requested 15 and only got 10, but oh well! I handed a few out at Easter and told them they were responsible to make sure they bring them with them as the valet's will not let them park for free otherwise. Hopefully we ave no issues! They are so cute with Donald in a car on them, and they are tied together with this elastic that is really Cinderella's slipper when I took it off, Love!
I also got our iron-on transfers I got from etsy- I made all the girls shirts and we're good to go!
We also got our RD invites in the mail today! I already addressed them all so they can go in the mail tomorrow, they're so pretty! yay!
I ordered and paid for our signs and door signs today from Impressions! Did everyone see the post of the mock door-signs they made for DFTW? I'm really excited for them!!
Next I'll post our final BEO's! So glad to be PAID IN FULLLL!
And we are at 25 days!!!

Our final numbers and counts are in, we have 63 adults, and 7 kids under 3, for a total of 70 people. We also are giving our photographers (3 of them) a full meal, so you will see their meal listed, but they are not otherwise included in our counts!
I don't think we did too terrible, considering where we started! Though I had to lose a few things I really wanted, I was able to add back in some things I had taken out! Hopefully this is helpful for future brides!

Your final beo looks great! You did such a good job! Although the first BEO ends up being a shock for a lot of people, I like that it's an ongoing process and you can tweak it as much as you need.

YES! We (I) cut it down so much! haha I really didn't think it would ever get where it was, AND I was able to add back things I wanted (like the nice ceremony chairs and the canopy). Overall I am really happy with it! Do you want me mail you the slipper ribbon I do have?? haha I will!!

The shirts were not difficult at all!! I put a sheet of white paper between the shirt, then ironed the front, let it cool, turned it inside out and pressed it again (like 5-10 seconds) that was it! Totally do-able!! It took me less than a 1/2 hr to make all 9 of mine! Thanks Ashley!! I feel like just as I'm feeling relieved checking off my list, I think of 5 more things I forgot - like, do we need a card box? Ring bearer pillow? I completely forgot about bathroom baskets, do we need them? ahhh I'm so crazed I am losing my mind!!

Tomorrow is my surprise work shower!! haha yes you read that right! One of my bridesmaids is also my coworker, she helped organize my work shower and knows how stressed I am, so she let me in on the secret as long as I agree to act surprised!

Ok girls, I'm slightly freaking out! Sooo I tried to email Rev. Jack Day a few times (like 3x in a week) with no response, I asked on our FB group and some girls said he is just bad at email, so I went ahead and sent him our ceremony last week. I haven't heard a peep from him. I just emailed him again. I'm thinking I should call (yes I am on the ph all day at work but I really hate calling people... lol) I am getting very nervous he's not saving the day for us and I'm panicking.
I guess I will try calling him later today if he doesnt respond.
Then I'll try contacting Rev Tim again and pray he's still open for us

That is kind of strange to not reply to email over a weeks time. But I noticed that some people just aren't email people and they get busy or whatnot and it's not a priority...especially with older generations. Give him a call, I am sure he will be available by phone. Did you give him a down payment? I wouldn't worry too much. Rev. Tim Herring is the same way; he will reply right away at times and then not at all and when he does reply it's pretty short and to the point. I am sure if you call it will ease your fears.
