I wanted to buy new sheets for a king size bed this week. I looked earlier this week and they cost $69.99 on sale. I waited to use my $10.00 coupon and when I went today the sale price was $79.99 for the same sheets.

I was so angry I left without buying the sheets since I thought they would be 59.99. I looked behind the sign and the old price was there that I saw on Tuesday. I'll be buying my sheets somewhere else.

You could have asked the department manager if they would have honored the lower price. I did that at the Bloomingdale's store here in Las Vegas for a set of California King sheets and they gave me the lower price.

Next time buy the sheets and then bring them back for a price adjustment with the coupon.

When earlier in the week did you see them on sale? They normally change prices with Sunday ads. Definitely would not have hurt to ask them about it. Especially if you really liked the sheets!

I went to the store on Monday then came back to use the coupon on Wed.

On Wed I even looked behind the current listed price and the one from Monday was behind it.

Increase the price since the coupon was coming up for use, sneaky.

Well, I used to sell Tupperware. I don't want to change my name on here because then I go back to Newbie status! I still use Tupperware and like it, but selling was just not my thing. How are you doing with it? Do people still buy it? With all the other products out there that are so similar to Tupperware, it must be difficult to justify it's price isn't it?
