I've procrastinated long enough

I HAVE to go get DD's birthday present tomorrow. It's her last day of school and my last chance. I sure hope something jumps out at me. I'm still clueless.

Today, my parents took her to get her new rollerblades, helmet and arm&knee pads. Her rollerblades are really nice. I think the brand is "Honda". Why couldn't they be "geo" instead? LOL

Snow Angel, I have no idea. DD doesn't know what she wants either, other than the rollerblades she just got. If she knew what she wanted, it would be easy. BUT she has so much stuff she doesn't even know what she wants anymore. She has tons of baby dolls and barbies, so they're out!

I am terrible at gift ideas, but how old will she be, jules? May help others to suggest an age appropriate gift.

DD is turning 8 next week and this year has been a real struggle for me. She is almost to old for "toys" but not yet old enough to really want clothes.

We got her some books, tennis/soccer equipment, video games, cd's, computer games, DVD's, some little stupid crap from Ltd2 and a Gameboy SP. My parents got her a new bike because she had outgrown her old one.

Anyone who asks me what she wants gets "I have no clue" because the kid really didn't know what she wanted!!

I really wish that I had so much stuff that I couldn't figure out what I wanted!!!
