I am having so many problems with MDE that I'm thinking I need a travel agent, even though this is going to be probably my 15th stay. I know I'm out of luck for this stay, but is anyone else having problems with MDE? It's downright unusable for me, it's duplicated my entire party and I'm currently waiting for MDE support to call me back for the second time. I feel like a travel agent could take care of these issues for me.
 
Are you using the smartphone app or the web interface?

You can always transfer your booking to a travel agent within 30 days of booking and as long as your booking is not paid in full. Note that once you transfer your booking your travel agent owns your reservation and Disney can't talk to you about your booking.

I have never had issues with MDE but I do most of my booking on my PC and not my phone. I hope they can help you.
 
Thanks, I am paid in full. Good to know about the communication issue, I will remember that. I am having trouble on both my smartphone and laptop - the duplication happened when I was trying to link a reservation on my laptop.
