They do lunch? We've eaten lunch at Chefs de France, but the reason we've never eaten at Bistro de Paris is that it's never worked out with our evening Epcot plans and it's only ever been open for dinner when we've been there. :confused3

Wow, that's a lot!! I've been to a few.

Hollywood & Vine- went there for dinner December 2005. It was pretty good. I ate a lot of peel and eat shrimp. My dear friend, who's an extemely picky eater, even found a lot to eat. Service was very good (drinks were kept refilled, plates were cleared). We're going back for the Playhouse Disney breakfast this year.

Hoop Dee Doo- LOVE IT! The show is cheesy, but great fun and the food is down-home goodness.

'Ohana- Haven't been there since the change in menu, but we loved it before the change and are going to give it another shot.

Restaurant Akershus- we've only done the breakfast, but it was hot and tasty. Interaction with the princesses was great.

Rose & Crown- We do this one for dinner on every trip. Excellent fish and chips! Service is always friendly and it's a nice comfortable atmosphere.

Teppanyaki- It's your regular hibachi grill. Delicious! DH also had sushi that he declared very good.

Hi Deb,

These are my thoughts on the ones we have been to:

Artist's Palette (not Artist Point, where we have eaten) - Nice counter service, some different choices from your standard fare, but i'm not sure i'd make a trip just to visit it (unless you want to check out SSR)

Bistro de Paris (not Chefs de France, where we have eaten) - Bistro is one of my favourite restaurants that i've ever been to, anywhere. Considering i'm really into Michelin starred places that's saying something. It's fantastic modern French cooking, and has a nice romantic atmosphere. If you are into fine dining this is the one on your list you really have to try. I haven't been for a couple of years, so I hope it's still as good.

Hollywood & Vine - We went there with DW's family before Wishes, and we all enjoyed it. There were some very good dishes, and nice variety. I've read lots of bad reviews about it though, but I think that may be because the popularity and quality of buffets is much higher in the US than the UK, so expectations are also higher.

Kimonos - This is probably the best Sushi i've had anywhere. Very authentic, and excellent range of choices. The Karaoke can be a bit hard on the ears though, but it's well worth the pain. Make sure you have plenty of Sake to dull your hearing ;)

Nine Dragons - Pretty standard Chinese fare, you will get as good or better at home.

Restaurant Marrakesh - Nice, but rather Americanised. I've eaten at plenty of Morroccan restaurants in France, and DW lived in Algeria for a few years, so it was pretty underwhelming in comparison. If you've not had this type of food before then it would be worth a go.

San Angel Inn-Had a bad patch for a couple of years, but was great on our last visit. This is more authentic Mexican, rather than Tex-Mex, and different from anything i've had in the UK. Well worth a visit for the food, and the atmosphere is amazing.

Teppanyaki - Really good, although the entertainment factor of the Chefs seems to vary a lot. If you like Teppanyaki then well worth it, if you've never had it then it's a must do at least once.

On a final note, I quite fancy trying the Rose and Crown, but DW won't let me. It does seem strange to eat in England there, but there are things on the menu that don't have a lot to do with British food. I'll drag here there one day to try it, just out of interest.

Artist's Palette (not Artist Point, where we have eaten)
Biergarten
Bistro de Paris (not Chefs de France, where we have eaten)

Chef Mickey's-We had a wonderful time at Chef Mickeys but the food was just OK... we'll do again for sure

Concourse Steakhouse-the food was alright but the service was wonderful. It was our wedding day, they gave ds5 the light up cubes, a cupcake, us a certificate for choosing there, complimentary glasses of champagne... wonderful time!

Garden View Lounge
Gullivers
Hollywood & Vine
Hoop Dee Doo- this was cute, good time but not a must do for us..

Nine Dragons
1900 Park Fare
'Ohana- this was our favorite meal of all. the activities were very entertaining, good food and the perfect view of Wishes. Was an excellent time and a must do again SOON :) we loved it!!
Olivia's Cafe
Palio
Portobello Yacht Club
Restaurant Akershus
Restaurant Marrakesh

Sassagoula Floatworks
Shutters
Spirit of Aloha Polynesian Luau
Tempura Kiku
Teppanyaki
Wolfgang Puck's Upstairs Dining Room (we have eaten at the Cafe)

Yachtsman Steakhouse-food was good but not as good as we expected. the service was poor and we enjoyed Le Cellier MUCH more!

Hope the reviews help you decide what to put at the top of your list :)
