. . . but I have put together a tentative dining plan that I'd like to post for any thoughts or suggestions. I can start making my AR's on Saturday. The only meals I have listed are the table service meals; we will obviously be having counter service meals throughout as well (we have the free dining plan). Here goes:

Friday (arrival day): Dinner at Chef Mickey's

Saturday: Tour MK; dinner at Crystal Palace

Sunday: Tour AK until around 2:00-3:00 p.m.; hop to MGM (EMH) for touring and Fantasmic Dinner Package at H & V

Monday: Tour MGM (picking up where we left off Sunday night); late lunch at 50's PT; resort pool or Epcot

Tuesday: Typhoon Lagoon until about 2:00-3:00 p.m.; back to resort for R&R; dinner at California Grill and MK fireworks

Wednesday: (Option #1)Tour AK; dinner at Rainforest Cafe
(Option #2) Tour AK until 2:00-3:00 p.m.; hop to Epcot; dinner at Teppanyaki

Thursday: Tour MK; whatever meal we can get at CRT

Friday: Tour Epcot; dinner at Teppanyaki if not done on Wednesday

Saturday: Breakfast at CRT if we didn't get a meal in the castle for Thursday; tour MGM until 4-5:00 p.m.; depart for airport

How does this look to the experts out there? :) TIA - you guys are great!

P.S. We tour at a fairly reasonable pace and stop for breaks when we feel the need.

Looks great and I pick Option #2 for Wednesday. Enjoy!

Thanks, Agotta! I'm trying to get in a little more Epcot this trip. I don't think we've ever hopped to Epcot mid-afternoon before. I hope that's not a mistake, i.e. long lines, few fastpasses etc. I'm hoping most of the morning crowd will have left by then. Any chances that I'm right?

It looks as though you are arriving Sept 30th. On Thursday (the 6th of Oct) you have an MK day down. This is a MNSSHP day so the park will close to you at 6pm if you don't have tickets. Just want to let you know for your dining options just in case. I don't know if that will make a difference in your touring plans but just an FYI anyway.

I think going to EPCOT in mid-afternoon has it's pro's and con's. A lot of fast passes will already be gone, but most people will be moving into World Showcase so it might not be too bad.

Sorry, this is Agotta. I didn't realize my husband was signed in.

Yes, Cobbler, I did note that this particular date was a MNSSHP and the park would close at 6:00 p.m. I figure we will probably be ready to head back to our resort by that time anyway. :faint: I toyed with the idea of getting tickets for MNSSHP, but decided against it for this trip. Thanks for your post - I appreciate the heads up! :earsboy:
