I've got Reservations!!!

Hi Camping Crew,
It's done...finally! Reservations have been made!

We'll be there for 9 days beginning 11/8/07. That starts our vacation smack in the middle of Jersey Week/Soap Week but I think we'll just hide out at Universal Studios the first couple of days until the smoke clears.

I'll have to change my signature and add a ticker! Wohoo!!!

Also, I think you have the dates wrong for the Jersey Week/Super Soap Weekend. We've been there around the November 10th weekend for 3 years now, and that has always been Jersey Week/Super Soap weekend, I think it's always been the first week in November, not October.

Which is actually good for you, you won't have to deal with any of those crowds!!!

P.S. That November 10th or around there weekend is our second favorite time to go, there is so much going on that weekend. Super Soap Weekend (which neither of us care about but it's funny seeing all the people running around for autographs), last weekend of the Food and Wine festival, Festival of the Masters (big art / folk art show in Downtown Disney). Just tons of cool stuff going on everywhere, can't beat that!

Hmm... maybe we will check out WDW stuff that weekend ... a little people watching and food tasting is always fun. By the way, if that weekend is your second most favorite time to visit, when is your most favorite time?

Well, my favorite time is during Thanksgiving, but I have to say that the first weekend of November is the second best time to us, there is a lot going on during that weekend. We will defintely be making plans to go during the time that you are there, it's really going to be a lot of fun for you, Jersey Week is way overrated, the crowds are nothing like during Thanksgiving. Actually, I have yet to see a Jersey week where I actually met anyone from New Jersey, it's more hype than anything.

October or November, you're going to have a great time at the Fort! You're going to see some early Christmas decorations during your time in November, it won't be all out but you'll still get into the spirit You're going to the Fort at a really good time, nice temperature, decent crowds, you will not be dissapointed

We'll be at the Fort too! We arrive 11/11 and leave on the 17th. This will be our first time camping at the Fort and we are all so excited! It would be great if we could meet up. I need to get a ticker going too.
