I hope someone can help me...this will be my first time to camp at FW and I need to set up a place to meet someone who has never been there either and they are not camping there. Is there a check in place like at the hotels or do you do the check in from the car? Any kind of landmark area that is easily visible where they can wait? Your help is greatly appreciated!:hyper:

If they are driving in, just tell them to meet you at the "reception outpost". As you say this is the check in area. It has both drive thru lanes for campers and a front desk area for cabin check in.

There is a small lobby inside with a few chairs, so they could wait there.
