I've got 34 days until I make my adr's

I was wondering if I want to have a cake delivered during for our anniversary dinner, do I book it when I make the adr's or do I call in the summer for that (anniversary 8/31). Also, do they do cakes at Le Cellier?
Oh an another question, if I'm going to book Chef Mickey's for dinner, what is the best time for dinner...when they first open? Same goes for Le Cellier (want to make sure we are out in time for illuminations)
