The South Beach Diet that is. Today is my first day. I understand that the first two weeks are the hardest, so a lot of prayers and wishes would be great
Also I have looked up information on the South Beach Diet, and have read a few comments here. Any other info, good things to eat that are low-carb, and tips would be appreciated. I have 35 pounds to lose. I hope that while I lose the weight, I lose the sweet tooth too...........

Anyway, how has your day been? Mine has been pretty good. I started getting a little anxious before lunch. The only thing I haven't done is drink a lot of water. For some reason I just can't get in the habit of it (not to mention that I don't like it very much).


I tried to resist but just couldn't. I am doing much better on my water but I'm still not drinking enough. I am getting a little tried of meat though.
