What are these things? (See "things" circled in red) If they're trashcans, why is there one "up there"? (See blue arrow)

I don't know, I've just been annoyed at looking at some of the things in the rooms and not knowing what they are. LOL

Yeah, they do look like trashcans.

The trashcan is up on the balcony, because, in the real park, people can walk up there to get onto the Train that goes around the park.

For deocration and because people might be getting on the Train and realise there is no train so eat something and put it in the bin?

Yes, it is a trashcan - for "people" riding the monorail, just like in the real parks.

I would not have known because I have never been to either of the parks.
