I am calling to see if I can reactivate my Disney Visa. Oh my!

I'll keep the stupid Visa open from now on...

I would hang up. I've never waited more than 3-4 minutes to talk to them. Your call may have gotten lost, or they may be experiencing some issues.

I had a charter member Disney visa and cancelled it because we never used it. Then when free dining for the Disney Visa customers came out, I too tried to reactivate it. Whoever I spoke to at Chase told me that I would have to apply for a new one. That's what I ended up doing. I called a couple of times, and got the same answer both, you have to start over.
