Since Feb. 23, I have lost 25 big ones. (Walking and WW) During the past month, I've had lots of things going on: graduation, wedding, trip to WDW, etc. These have all been over a weekend, but every Monday, I have gone right back on track. I have maintained my loss, but have not lost anymore. I confess--I have started "picking" at snack items and have not really cared too much if I went over a point or two each day. I know I'm sliding backwards into my old habits. I have to stop this behavior!! I have 30 more pounds to go!!
