Still waiting for "the talk"

I have been eating and eating and eating this week and the scale has gone up 2.5 pounds. After my euphoric high from last weeks success and a bunch of "functions" this week I have strayed. We've gone out to dinner (favorite Greek place) and I over indulged, I was eating constantly Sunday and Monday and then last night we went to a black history celebration and I ate some (really yummy) southern cooking (fried chicken, mac and cheese, corn bread, collard greens) etc. So I figured I needed to come clean and get back with it, but I need a little push and I knew my WISH buddies would give me the motivation I need to get going in the right direction again.


Just get right back OP and those 2.5lbs will just fall right off and you'll never know that they were there
