itunes help~!~!

I personally bought my dd13 an itunes ($25) gift card at CVS. This morning after opening her ipod she scratched off the code and tried to enter it. The itunes store is telling me the code has already been used!!!! What the heck!!!!!!!!! I've tried numerous times to enter it. Its a pretty simple number with no numbers that could be confused with any other.

Has anyone else ever had this happen?

Probably not much help but when I used one for the first time today, the 'Q' looked liked an 'R.' Any chance that the letters might be like that on yours? Good Luck!

Thanks Sam. I already sent them an email. Its just very upsetting to think that someone was able to use the giftcard that i purchased.

My daughters did the same thing this morning. We tried it several times thinking we entered it wrong. My husband tried it 1 more time and it finally worked. I had the receipt out and thought I might have to take back to Walmart tomorrow. She has even bought some apps. Try it again.
