iTunes help please - Lost my "apps"!

I have seemd to have lost my "apps" on iTunes. On the left side at the top, it has "library", and under that it has "music", "movies", "podcasts", etc. It used to have "apps" listed too. That's gone, so I have no idea how to update my apps now. I'm so confused! Your help is appreciated!

Try

iTunes -> Preferences (on the menu bar at the top of the screen)

In the next box that comes up I'm guessing there is no check mark next to the Apps item. So check that and it should come back.
