It's Tomorrow!

Ok folks, so it's 11:30 pm, Pacific time and tomorrow my little girl (hah) will be a Mrs. Tonight I hosted a BBQ for almost 30 people..all of James' brothers, their wives, my Mom, Logan's Mom, James' Mom, Logan's Mom's Mom, and various assortment of friends and neighbors. People were laughing, guitars were being strummed, food was being devoured, dishes washed, wine drunk, stories shared, games played....meanwhile I roamed in utter contentment.....I feel very , very fortunate and I wanted to share that hapiness with you all. I honestly wished that you could be here because just like my family here...you have been like family too...sharing in my lifes ups and downs.

Ah Rosie! I hope the weekend goes well for you and your daughter (and everyone else too, of course)!

I can only imagine the mixed emotions...joy for her, shock that your newborn baby girl has somehow become a woman who has married, a bit of sadness that those years have flown by, and pleasant anticipation for the future and someday becoming Grandma' Rosie.

Looking forward to seeing the photos and hearing all about the wedding!
