It's the end of another school year...

and a thank you to all the teachers out there who care so much about their students and put so much effort into making their students succeed.

A good teacher, resource teacher, and school administration can make such a difference in a child's life. Our DS7 has definitely been fortunate to have teachers who have gone the extra mile to help him and to foster a love of learning.

Thanks and have a safe and wonderful summer. Our DS for one, will be very happy when school starts back up in September.

Loving all the people at DS's school right now...scrambling after the floods have shut down our town** to accomodate exams off-site and salvage grad plans for so many kids.

**The provincial government ordered all Calgary & region school buildings closed as of last Thursday due to the on-going state of emergency.

As an about to retire veteran of 30 years in the classroom, it is very gratifying to read such positive comments about my colleagues around the country. From me, thanks for that.
