I'm sooooo Jealous!!! Can you post the pics so we can see? :teeth:

I am jealous too...We mostly just get ice. Deff. post a pic of the pumpkins in the snow.

We have the COLD :cold: and wind, but we only had a few flurries last night. But they were still beautiful!! I'm ready for some REAL snow now!!

You poor thing!!! I am so sorry! Just keep it in Chicago. I am still in winter denial. Just had the pool closed on Tuesday and I still have my summer clothes in my closet. I am still wearing my slippahs (flip flops).

:beach: :beach:

BRRRR!! Too early for that! And I'm a Maine Native!!!!

We had some flurries here, too. It was so pretty.... :goodvibes:

We had some snow yesterday - crazy flurries for a little while, looked almost like a blizzard. Fortunately, most of it didn't stick, although there are a couple flakes on the ground this morning since it's so cold here.

I only got half of my tulip bulbs in the ground - I'm guessing that I'm done now even if I didn't want to be.

It's way too early for this....

Just as DD was lining up to go into school it started to snow. All the kids started cheering and all the parents groaned! We don't live right on the lake, but close enough that we are getting the snow. At the moment, it is coming down pretty good and sticking on the grass. Did I mention I HATE snow!!! Yuck!

I am crossing my fingers DD's soccer coach comes to his senses and cancels practice tonight!

Wow it looks like you will have a really cold winter. As I type this I'm sitting in shorts and flip flops. No snow for us. We get a little once every ten years or so.

lucky girl!! I was beginning to think that we'd already had autumn, winter and spring here and were rolling right back into summer it's been that hot lately!! I wish it would snow here...

I'm with "Grumpy's Wife." Being from Louisiana we're lucky if we get 3 consecutive DAYS of "cold" weather. :guilty:
But I must admit that today is nice day here as well, sunny clear skys and cool weather. Makes me want to go play in the yard! :rotfl:

But SNOW!!! I wish we could have that at least ONCE a year or something. The last time it snowed here it was perfect! It was two years ago and it was on Christmas Day. Truly gives new meaning to "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas."

Totally agree- I live in Thibodaux and it would be lovely to have snow once a
year-sigh.

I can remember one year for Halloween we got quite a bit of snow. I can remember shoveling the snow so the kids could get to the front door.

We are supposed to have a cold spell here in Orlando. It is supposed to go to 81 with a low of 62 over the weekend. :)

And I'm sitting here with the a/c blowing on me. :rotfl2:

Neat pictures. I will say I love looking at the photos people post of their snowfall--I don't miss living it in though except in December. I miss Christmas snow, looking at all the lights through the snowflakes. *sigh* The rest of the time though, no. :)

KrnB,
Don't worry, you can still plant your bulbs! The ground has not frozen yet, you still have plenty of time. We are still going to have days in the 50s & 60s.

nooooooooooooooo!!!!! i hate snow! it's supposed to snow here soon, too! ugh! why couldn't i have been born on a tropical island where it never snows and you don't fall from ice, get in car accidents from snow, have to shovel EVERY day, and be freezing cold from September until May.
