I did WATP for the first time on Sunday. I really liked it. I treadmill everyday for 40 min - 1 hour. I do 2.5- 4 miles. So I thought WATP would be simple. I did the 1 mile on Sunday. It was nice. I did the 2 mile last night. It kicked my butt!! I was using muscles that I don't use on the treadmill. I have the 3 mile and 4 mile tape. I thought I'd be doing those right away, but i have to work up to it.
Congratulations! I usually do the 3 mile and tried the 4 and wow, I felt leg muscles that I didn't know I had! I try to to the 4 mile once a week, doing the 3 mile the rest of the week. Congratulations to you, the 4 mile isn't easy! Keep up the great work.
Congratulations! I walk almost every day for 45 minutes. I also own the WATP videos and intend to begin them when the weather gets too bad to walk outside. I'm an outdoor kinda person. I have done the video's before and I do love them! Good for you for doing 4 miles! Wow! Keep up the great work!!
Thanks everyone! I need to hear encouragement! LOL Seems as though my weight loss has stalled :-( So hearing postive things is definitely good for my self esteem LOL
