Welcome! I'm struck by how much wiser you are than us -- renting points and trying it out first. We bought in at a trade show in our hometown before ever even seeing the inside of a DVC resort. It was very scary to sign that contract at the time. But its turned out to be a great value, and great decision. Again...

Thanks! Not sure about the "wiser" part. We rented because it was much cheaper than paying the rack rates at our beloved BW!
