Here is already several months that information had been confirmed to us by the man at the origin even of this idea, without we being able to speak about it. It is the hour that the languages are untied. This year, the season ofHalloween traditionally celebrated with the Disneyland Park will be placed under the sign of the character of Stitch. How? Why? Let me tell you a quite strange history of Halloween before the hour...
A few years ago, Disneyland Resort Paris created the event with Halloween not like the others: a halloween which appeared for the first time them from now on famous men pumpkins. The idea was to carry out the invasion of the Disneyland Park by these creatures semi-men semi-vegetables pushing on the trees, and which want all to repaint out of orange. But unfortunately for them, the queen of the pink witches, Gruzella, did not hear it this ear, and as of the first season of Halloween appearing the men pumpkins, Gruzella tried to thwart their plans. But at the time to land, it was crushed on the bandstand of Town Square, which solidified all the men pumpkins present on Main Street.
You include/understand now why the men pumpkins all are petrified on Main Street in full action of recoloration of the orange park, while the witch is always present on the roof of the kiosk of Town Square, fixed it too. Only certain men pumpkins present at Frontierland at the time of the facts managed to escape from the fate and to remain free their movements. They thus continue to work the mine of orange pigment installed on the mountain of Big Thunder Mountain, the train of the mine. The cable car installed in the Land renamed Halloweenland enables them to extract the pigment from the mine to bring back it to ground in order to repaint the park.
Last year, the storyline of the season of Halloween had evolved/moved a little since the pink witches unloaded for the first time in flesh and bone on the park. This time, Gruzella made a success of its landing, even if the man-pumpkins were fixed all the same on Main Street. It then wished to create Witch Academy within Halloweenland, in order to repaint as for them the park pink. But the men pumpkins do not have it of course heard step of this ear, which involved the war between pink and orange during nearly one month.
This war finished during the evening of October 31, 2005 during which the son et lumière display revealed a part of the history which was to be that of Halloween 2006: the malicious ones of the Disney films were going to drive out the pink witches and man-pumpkins and to take again their rights on the kingdom which is theirs in this season.
But Emanuel Lenormand, director of the season, in decided differently, imagining one season when the character of Stitch would be with the honor to put the park without top-below. Imagine a little: the pink man-pumpkins and witches will leave little by little Main Street to take refuge in Halloweenland (Frontierland) after being driven out by Stitch. And then? Haha, patience, you will know some more very soon...
