All I hear about is declining attendance at Sea World. Are the Christmas shows really that popular?

Haha, it just dawned on me what you were replying to!

So, when I said 1-2 hour waits, I meant the Candelight Processional, not SW shows, LOL. I think the SW shows are around a 30-45 minute wait.

If anyone has tips for staying at POR, including must-do resort activities/tips etc... please chime in. As well as any tips for navigating the Disney bus system etc... as I've never stayed on site before.

POR has a horse-drawn carriage ride around the property, and you can also rent a surrey bike which is really fun.
