Just the opposite over here! One former ex is not that great looking and he and his wife are, ahem, let's just say "super-sized Poohs." They also have a bunch of kids they can barely support. It's amazing what people will put on Facebook! I myself don't have an account, but I have friends who share things with me from theirs even though I don't ask. I try not to revel in other people's misery, but I think it's safe to say 'bullet dodged' with that one!

I, however, think I'm even better than I was back in the day though, as I am sure everyone posting here is too!

I agree. I have an ex that'll be eternally gorgeous (all of the men in his family are) but he was SUCH a jerk. He owns several nightclubs/bars around where I live and dates the hottest 19-20 year olds [he's 34 now] (mainly so they can't get into his bars/clubs to see what(who) else he's doing [I only know from my former 19 year old experience ]). BUT I know how messed up he is inside (his Mom abused, neglected, and eventually walked out on him when he was a little boy) and I think it's just sad.

But, I wasn't so nice to a few guys in my past (not cheating though) and I would hope they would've forgiven me by now as almost everyone gets their heartbroken at some point.

I have an ex boyfriend who was a JERK to me! The whole time we were dating he was cheating on me, then he dumped me the week before my 18th birthday. I wished only horrible things upon him after that

Well, apprently no one was listening because now he's a model living in New York making millions. He was down in Miami a few months back and came up to Orlando to catch up - he's GORGEOUS! Although from how he was talking, he sounds like he's still a jerk to the girls he dates!

LOL ran into my ex husband a few weeks ago at local grocery store. Its been 17 yrs since divorce , no kids so no need to keep up.
He looks GREAT, better than when we were married. Thank goodness it was a good day for me, hair, makeup, sassy outfit.
His wife is pretty girl too, but DANG, their kids were BADDDDDDDDDDD, hollering and screaming, climbing all over everything , running around .

My DS7 , stood there sweet as could be , looking too cute in new clean outfit . Was very polite and never interrupted and even shook my ex's hand and said it was nice to meet you when we left .

That was the best revenge I could have ever had.

What's worse is, it's the one time you run out to the store, with ratty hair, wearing your biggest, grungiest sweatshirt, that even has a couple stains on it, you're wearing no makeup, and you run into HIM! He never in his life ever shopped at that place -- he's a vegetarian, but his carnivore brother is staying with him, so naturally, he's at the butcher the one time you go in there looking like that.

I just found out recently that I've been getting the best revenge for years.
Seems the man that I tought was "the one" for years and who was never interested in me for more than one thing....... realized after I left our hometown that I was "the one". He told a mutual friend that he was devistated when he saw my wedding announcement. That was 17 years ago and he's still not married !! Claims he's still in love with me.
Thank GOD I didn't know that before I met my DH, I could have totally screwed up my life!!!! I have the most amazing wonderful loving husband, who I'm sooo in love with. I told DH everything when I found this out, his response, said he totally understands why someone would be in love with me

I feel ya sister! It is totally lame that ex's who treated you like dirt keep their looks lol..I keep hearing about this stupid karma and how one day he is going to be bald and fat and stink for how he acted..well it hasn't happened yet..you know what I think of karma..{insert that obnoxious "raspberry" sound}..what, do I have to wait until he's 90 for it to happen, well that is too long and really it won't even matter by then since I WILL BE OLD!!

edited to add: I guess I shouldn't complain too much since my DH is way hotter and a doll baby besides lol..I REALLY lucked out with him...but is hair loss for my ex too much to ask for??? And having him fall to fat when he was such a gym rat would just be icing bwahaha...
