I sent my PM in today, and I am looking forward to doing this and getting to know many of you
I used to be in awesome shape until I started having a ton of problems with my feet and then my knees. I have not been a avid exerciser for many years, because the pain is to much. I have gained some weight, but what upsets me is the amount of inches I've gained

But I have had some physical therapy, and I'm ready to start working out again (in fact, I did this morning

)
Recently, my DH and I are strongly led to believe that I am hyperglycemic (getting the bloodwork done on Thursday) and I will, and have started, to make an entire life change with food. I love my sugar, and my sweets, and for me to give alot of this up, will be a HUGE challenge!!!! But I'm ready, because I believe everything happens for a reason!!!
My goal with working out again, and changing many of my eating habits, is to walk the Tower of Terror Run at Hollywood Studios on October 25th. The event is 9 miles and I know I could casually walk that, but you have to keep a 16 minute mile in order to stay in the event - this will take some training.
So friends, I'm ready to join you, and may we all succeed in our personal goals
