Hello all :wave2:

Well I've been a bit busy and not had a chance to get on here much, not even to do a TR from our Halloween trip - I am rubbish!

But as it is January I have been pricing up summer school hols in the 2 days/nights free offer and I have a question - is there any difference between the last week in July and the first week in August, crowd-wise?

I am imagine both will be hideous, but is one better than the other? :confused3

Any replies & input will be gratefully received!

Many thanks

:thanks:

Jenny

I vote for July as I dont think there will be any difference in crowd but the plus will be there will be sale on in France:) it will be the last week so not so many choices but whatever is left will be 70% off so you could get some bargains:thumbsup2

I'd go with July too as it seems, going on highs & lows from 2013, July was considerably quieter.

I vote too for last week of July. In fact you may see me there then too as I have a 4 night voucher for the Magic Circus hotel burning a hole in my pocket. Need to redeem that soom and I was thinking of braving the summer hols again.

My DS is a brilliant 9 year old who also does quite a lot of professional acting and it looks like he will be filming during all of the other school hols so it summer hols or nothing for us this year
(well apart from our feb trip of course :goodvibes)

Thanks for your replies! I was thinking July myself, so that's good to know.

We shall have to watch out for your son on the silver screen!! :goodvibes

I used to think there was no difference, but last year was crazy! July was quieter (was there from 20th - 23rd and we did loads more than in August. Granted it was an adult only trip, but August was so stupid we extended it by a few days to give us 8....and we still missed things :( It was horrific crowd levels and we gave up on things and set a "must do at all costs" method where everything else had to be put on hold. No Princesses in sight due to the stupid ticket system *grrrr*. Though July was an unbearable 35-8c and I was like wilted lettuce!

Thanks Lisa!

I really want to get it booked up so I can be properly excited again :goodvibes

I have just booked for the first week in August, getting worried now about the crowd levels.
