Either way, we ended up going to Mnsshp and meeting up with Sophia and her awesome family! (Ohiodisneylover).

Ok, now some background.. where did I leave off?? Ahh yes, pics of Jack's awesome egg free mickey shaped pancakes! Ok, so after shopping and exploring the beautiful but much too stuffy for me Grand Floridian, we decided to head back to the resort...and apparently I took no pics. So originally we had ressies at Narcooses for this evening. I somehow conned John into going back to the MK and eating at Tony's town square... I said hey, maybe we'll be able to get into mnsshp for free?? I knew we wouldn't, but I also knew he would cave if I threw a big enough fit once there (Jus' saying a girls gotta do, what a girls gotta do...) If he didn't cave, then I would figure something out I guess

We didn't dare to tell the kids that we may go back to Mnsshp, but Kayla knew something was up when I put her black and orange hair thingy in. She looks jazzed!

We checked into Tony's at a perfect time, soon after there were a gazillion people there! We were seated in the room near the front of the restaurant. our waitress was very sweet, but kinda absent?? The menus here were also superrr cute! I kinda sorta snuck one into my purse One thing I didn't like here and in most of the restaurants was the lack of yummy bread and butter.. I am not a fan of the oil for dipping..but what can you do??

I'll post pics of the food. As an app I got the calamari, and John got the tomatos and fresh mozzarella. They were both yummy, but I liked John's more. It just tasted refreshing.

Kayla had a salad as a starter, but I forgot to take a pic.

After that yumminess we had our entrees. Kayla and jack both had pasta with butter,parm and veggie.. Kayla HATED it. I had the steak dish and John had the chicken parm. All in all it was pretty good! Definitely not as bad as people make it out to be! I'm not dying to go back there, but i would!

After eating dinner, I got a text from Sophia!!! I excused myself from the table for a minute and met with her outside. It was out here that I knew we had to hang out with her!After chatting for much longer than a minute I came back to dessert that John ordered..that is usually a bad idea, but he did good! Lemon walnut layer cake for me and Tiramisu for him. Both were out of this world!

After dinner, I thought maybe we could sneak into the mnsshp.. no such luck lol. So i went over to the city hall. I explained to the girl that we had come the other night and it was my fiances bday and we loved it there and yadda yadda yadda. She was about to ring me up and said ya know what, since it's your fiances bday we're letting you in for free!! FREE!!! Holy crapola we just got a dream.. but not from the dream team..but who cares! Free halloween anything is always a dream of mine! Needless to say I was beyondddd stoked!

I quick texted Sophia to let her know we were def gonna hang out tonight! But first we had to ride the railroad! It was the one request Jack had. Who knew the ride took so long! After the ride we finallly met up with Sophia and her fam in fantasyland! Once we met got acquainted, we decided to do some rides! Sophias nephew and kayla got along smashingly well and decided they would do the tea cups together! (I don't do spinny rides)

After that we decided to go on Dumbo..well the kids did anyways, Sophia and I got our picture together.. I'm still pissed that I didn't buy halloween mickey ears..wth was i thinking??

Soon after that it was time for hallowishes.. Sophia knew the place to go, and I am so grateful!

I really love te music for this, and how the castle changes colors..so fun! Pictures just can't do it justice!

After this we decided to go on the haunted mansion..as we were leaving guess who was following us..Carlotta

After that we decided we would need to go get a good spot for the parade so Sophia could finally get that shot of the headless horseman, now that she had a big momma of an awesome camera!

Apparently my camera was in suck mode, because most of my pics turned out craptastic.. good thing I showed you pics from earlier in the week!

After the parade and Sophia's biggest disappointment (no pic of the headless horseman) we decided to head on over to the frontierland rides.

Then we went over to BTMR.. I never in my life thought Kayla would go on this, but she did.. I tried to take before,during and after pics..

Despite the ridiculously scared look on her face, she loved it! Sophia's Joe and I think my John all went back on a couple times with her and Matt. I was proud as heck of her! After this, it was just about quittin time! We got on the monorail with Sophia and Joe.. I guess we parked at the Poly this night?

I would like to add that this candy is what helped us get Jack to potty train! He never gets to eat candy so I figured lets try this, and dont you know, it worked!

So that was the end of our night. We had so so so much fun with Sophia and her family, but know we will have sooo much more fun next year with them!

We had the same waiter at PSB! You know they removed the ship!? Looks stupid without it. It's a garden now. I LOVE the pics of the kids in the fountains. These are GREAT pictures! That rocks about the party too! Where there's hope there's a way! I started a new pre trip report tonight. Hey...you haven't even stopped by my December report! What's up with that? You know...people would cherish you if you did a food report. You have a LOT of great pictures of everything. If time permits I'd do it.

We had a blast at the party. Remember the kids at the dance party? And our picture of Jack and Kayla after "someone" just maybe tried to pull Pluto's tail?

We also rode Pooh and the kids and John rode Dumbo....just to elaborate on your TR! I have a pic of Kayla's hair "glowing" inside the Pooh ride...I have to find it!

Oh yeah, and we also did Philharmagic and did we do it's a small world? Can't remember..... I think we had our own boat on Pirates too but I can't remember.

Anyway, I am SO GLAD that you guys stayed for the party with us! I hope that next year that freaking monster of a camera that I have will get me a decent shot of the freaking headless horseman. Yeah, I know...it's not the camera...it's the photographer. One of these days.......

I say next year we see BOTH parades so that if I don't get the shot the first time, I have a second chance........

Splash and BTMRR were a blast at night. First time riding at night for me and I loved it!

Matt and Kayla sittin in a tree......ooops, did I say that????? I am so sad that Matt isn't coming with us this year. I think that they really would have got along great.

I'm so sorry I havent gotten to your TR. Everytime I get on here I try to update my own, and usually can't see straight afterwards! lol. I agree with you about Tony's. It is NOT as bad as people say. It wasn't my favorite place to eat in the world, by far, but we intend to go back again. My DS11 and I had a "guys night out" at Tony's on our last trip and really enjoyed it! He wants to do it again this year - hey as long as DS wants to have some father-son bonding, that's fine with me!

We were stoked to get our pic with her! at least i was! Tony's does geta terrible name, so I was realllly scared to try it! But it was fine. Not great, but good. We won't be going again this trip (unless I absolutely can not get into CRT) but maybe next one after that!

Hey Alan, glad you liked the updates! I'm trying to pound them out!! and I agree, if a kid wants bonding time far be it form me to say no! I look forward to kayla being older for our real girls nights out. Right now dinner for a night out isnt as fun as bowling or a movie.

Today is John's bday!!!!!! Mnsshp was great, but the next morning we were sooooo beat!! I winded up canceling our adr for crystal palace, but then decided to call back and try for a different time. We were able to snag a 10:45! I had to get back to Mk before our trip was over! It is my fav place and despite being there so many days, felt like we missed so much! Crystal palace was a no brainer because Kayla absolutely loves winnie the pooh and company! especially piglet! My review of this place isn't great. We just were not impressed food wise. Our waiter was awesome and had our table decorated for John's bday! He gave John a signed card from Mickey,minnie and friends, and an awesome cupcake! Oh and disney confetti on the table!

I will say this, the character interaction was amazing!! I was able to get tons of great pics!

Hey yall! I started school tonight! it is gonna be a rough road! The teacher is super nice, but I am scurrred! Wish me luck!

Ok on to the reason we are here! We left off at MK. After having fun there we decided we would go back to the hotel and relax,swim,do laundry. Tonight we were going to be going to having dinner at yachtman's !! We were also going to be meeting Carrie and Patrick (Lurkyloo)

Yes,you read right, I did laundry!I was beyond happy with that choice when we got home!! I highly recommend it!

ASMU had a lot of neat poolside games going! Check out that huge volley ball net!

On our way back to the room I decided to take some pics of the resort.

After swimming someone was very sleepy!

After naps and showers we got in the mini and headed to Yachtman's. The Yacht Club was very pretty inside! The hostess stand seemed very busy and no one seemed to know what was going on. We waited 40 mins past our ressie time. Our server was very nice, but a whackadoodle!

(Your kids will freak!) It's so cool. Plus Pepper Market is good but wth am I talking about...you, my friend, will be on deluxe dining so that one is out!

The pool at Csr is the reason we decided on it!! I just loved it! and pepper market will most likely be out. We love the dxdp!
