So, what did you ever decide on the presents? Daily or at check in and what did you decide on? I think I am going with tink gifts of a few pins every morning, but I may change my mind again.

I am going to use a Christmas stocking for the packaging (even though we will be there and back before Christmas). I am just going to do it for the first evening. We check in late, so I won't do it for the first night. I am going to get everything together so that they will be waiting for them when we get back that first night. I am going to add a little note with each from Tink. I know I am getting them pins and snacks. I also think I will pick up a few other things here before leaving. At Party City I found some cute Disney things that were not too expensive.

I agree...those Lego items can be a bit of a pain. Do they offer resort delivery?? Does anyone in DTD??

They offer resort delivery and home delivery. But then I'd have to go home and wrap after a long vacation. I think I'll just have all of the Christmas shopping done except for stocking stuffers when I go to Disney.

No Disney mail for me yet either. Today is day 29 (YAY) I figured that if they send it out at the 30 day mark then I should see it soon. LOL I hope they didn't just have the right address for ME and not for my Mickey mails!! I'll call in a little bit just to double check. Also they can tell you if it has been sent out or not. So I'll keep you posted!!!

Mom said she got our DME stuff the other day. We are still like 36 days out, so no regular package yet. We only have one person using DME now for hte return trip only. lol

I agree. I am going to just be over it. Worrying about it was not enough to make me cancel my trip, so why fret, right? I will go with the flow. And, like I said, we have been there during the busiest if holidays, so I think we should be able to handle it!!

Your notice about Expedia made me go over there and snoop around! Now, I have a bit of change in plans that we are considering. I will let all of you in on them if anything comes out of it.

Hey everyone! I checked out the expedia rates and could not believe the availability and prices. So, I got curious and went to the WDW website and found there is a lot of availability during the 1st week (not counting the weekends). Also, good rates on some deluxe resorts. I tried to upgrade during the week to Wilderness Lodge for 3 nights and keep my free dining, but the reservation specialist said I would lose free dining during those 3 nights since it was not on my original reservation. I am not sure if this is correct? Anyway, he did add on an extra night of free dining at first. Originally, I was staying at Pop for one night on 11/27 and then starting my package on 11/28 at POR. He cancelled Pop and changed my whole reservation to POR with an extra night of free dining. I am too excited!! I would have loved to stay at WL but maybe next time.

there is no way i can get DH to wear a disney shirt- i might convince him with a not so obvious shirt that maybe say 1971 on it or something like that! lol. But i do have matching mary poppins supercali shirts iwht my sisters and we are having a friend do a cool design for us to do iron ons- here is the one she did last trip in 05 for us. (she is a designer i used to work with in marketing).

Day 6 looks awesome! I can't wait to hear how BBB is. My sister wanted to take my niece but she is only 2, so they'll have to wait until next year. The Plaza is very yummy, I've eaten there on my last few trips and have really enjoyed it! Sometimes the service can be a little less than perfect, but the food is always good!

Thanks! We have done BBB before. She really enjoys it! I think it is best for a girl maybe around 7ish. They will love the attention, getting done up and feeling so girly! I've never been to the Plaza, but am hoping it's a nice change.

Ummmmm...yeah...I'd be like you ARE getting paid, right? I think you should try to call Disney directly. They may not be able to tell you anything since you went through AAA, but it is worth a try. And, checking to see if it is in on the 20th scares me...I'd for sure want it in my hands by then. What if it isn't in by then? Then you have to wait for it to be resent?
