It's Friday!! Weekends are tough so...

What is your plan for success this weekend?

I figure that if I do some form of excercise and keep busy I should not go hog wild on points. At least I can hope. Also I have discovered that if I don't eat breakfast but have a big brunch around 11:00 I do sooooo much better on the weekends. I also need to clean and do laundry and copy some recipes onto card for a friend so I will stay pretty busy. What about you??
 
My plan is to do the 3mile WATP tape tomorrow and rest on Sunday since that would make it 4 days in a row, I don't like to do more than that so my muscles can rest one day.
I also plan to NOT go out to eat more than once. That would be a great improvement since the last two weekends I have gone out 3 times !!!!!!!!!!

This is my first weekend on Atkins, so I will have to see how I do...:) I am sure I will be okay, the hardest thing for me is getting through breakfast...I used to eat Toast or a bagel each morning and if I didn't have that, I wouldn't eat at all, so this has been the worst part for me so far! :)
 
I'm on a high today since I actually showed a loss this week!! Therefore, my plan for the weekend is to remember that pound I loss whenever I want to eat something I shouldn't so that I don't gain it back. Also, I only worked out 2 x's this week so I want to make sure I get at least 1 more workout in this weekend.

It's Spring cleaning for me this weekend to get ready for the Easter Brunch I'm hosting.

I plan to work hard, drink a lot of water and stay on the program! :)

Well, I'm going on a road trip. My son will be driving from Houston and will meet us in Louisville. We leave this evening. Lucky for me Atkins is very "road trip friendly".

I'm prepared though. I have macadamia nuts and sunflower seed kernels weighed up into one ounce snack bags to take along in the car. I will drink as much water as the rest areas allow (nothing worse that getting caught between rest areas after drinking a bunch of water ;) )

There is a work out room at our hotel, I'm going to do my best to use it Saturday.

It's always good to have a plan ready for the weekend. Thanks for posting this Jiminy :) Very motivational thread.
 
I will be staining baseboards so we can install them Sunday, shopping for my Yankee Candle Exchange, some minor pool maintenance, and the usual laundry and grocery shopping. I did cheat this am and weighed, how wonderful, 2 more pounds off, can't wait for the official weigh in on Monday am.

Beanie, I was like you, either nothing or a bagel or toast or some other carb. But I love my fried eggs with bacon or sausage, it is a ton more filling, and I don't get that 10 am let down when the carbs wear off. Good luck on the Atkins, I have been on 4 weeks and lost 12 pounds so far. I do miss snacks (like chocolate candy or tortilla chips) sometimes, but I have not eaten anything off the plan yet, and I don't intend to.
 
I plan on walking 4 miles each day and staying on plan, which I should be able to do since there isn't a plan to eat out this weekend.
 
My plan is to not cook! We eat out most of the time on the weekends. I actually fare much better when I have lots to choose from. I'm thinking that tonite will be a nice big salad with chicken!

I find the Atkins chocolate shakes to be pretty good. I am not a breakfast person either -- but when I have these shakes on hand I actually look forward to the morning when I can have one.

I plan on taking all you guys with me to a surprise birthday party tomorrow night! I'm going to eat dinner here first (WW) and plan to only have two Coronas at the party. NO party food! I told DH if he has a piece of cake then I *might* have a bite of it.

I am determined to not have a cheat night this weekend!!! Tonight I have a sensible meal planned, and the rest of the weekend I have planned, so it's just a matter of getting through the surprise party with my two beer limit! ha ha! Already exercised today, will be walking tomorrow and Sunday and doing some yard work on Saturday. Hopefully I'll just burn burn burn calories away!

Happy Birthday TigH have a great one! As for me and my family tonight is generally seafood night. We normally have shrimp, bakes beans and corn and salad for supper. As for exercise i might squeeze in a ab tape since my legs are sore for walking the parks the last three days. Tomorrow it's lunch with the kids maybe a light salad and some exercise for a while. Then tomorrown night we go to the dirt track races and we eat out at woody's bb-que . Smoked turkey baked beans and corn and all the water i can possilby drink to get to my goal of 199.5 for sunday. I'm so worried about this weight in being i was eating off my plan for three days! Oh i hope the scale gods can hear me i really will behave the next two days for these 2.5lbs i need to get to 35lbs.LOL
 
Tomorrow we have tables at our Finnish Center's rummage sale. I'll do a Slimfast shake for breakfast, dh will get us Subway for lunch, and I'm going to pack healthy snacks to get us through the day. :)

I'm going to have to be careful on Sunday ... that's usually my toughest day as dh loves to lie around and snack all afternoon. :(
 
Tonight I'm having shrimp scampi, over spinachminus the linguini
I plan to walk on the treadmill tomorrow morning and do the Bowflex Sunday. Just don't let me see Cake!
 
I think I'm going to paint my bathroom this weekend. Luckily, for me, we have moved into a new home and every wall in this house is white! PLUS- we don't have a backyard yet- so we will be filling all our weekends with landscaping in the back. Maybe with all the work included, I'll lose a little weight?!?!?
 
this is actually ohmom, I'm here at my parent's house and they aren't home yet! DDs outside playing so of course i'm on the boards!! i couldn't figure out how to logout, not worth the effort!

anyhow, i'm here as we're going to see the Lion King play tomorrow. soooo we'll each have a normal WW breakfast and I brought 0 pt soup for lunch. I know we're going to go out to dinner, maybe even Montgomery Inn (any WW suggestions) or maybe we'll split a meal! I think I can do ok with the hotel breakfast and plan on being back on plan Sun at lunchtime.

Today, however, I ate my dinner pts in trail mix! Shame shame!! Funny how I wasn't hungry though at dinnertime :)

I think Mom is at the ballfield, probably drinking wine! oops, did I say that out loud:confused:
