OK, we can finally start this one. Sign-ups will go thru Friday, July 29th. Names will go out Saturday, July 30th. Mail by date will be Saturday Aug. 6th.
"Green" means anything environmentally friendly, made out of recycled/environmentally friendly ingredients, reusable, organic, or even something the color green! We did this last year, and the goodies ranged from a nite light made from recycled lumber, notebooks & paper made from recycled ingredients, aluminum water bottles, reusable lunch totes to name a few. I know I've seen "green" batteries!
The minimum will be $10. This does not include postage. The packages should be sent Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. I really recommend using USPS flat rate boxes, and purchasing your postage online, since DC is free when you purchase your Priority Mail postage online. And for those of you who don't live near a post office, you can arrange for package pickup online as well.
