I requested (stnd. room) garden/lake view, full balcony, higher floor, adjacent room...how does that sound, we are hoping not to get a parking lot view if able..but we are just happy being there.

Those sound reasonable, you might just want to be sure that your requests are listed by priority. Also, do you need the rooms to be connecting (inner door that you can open between the 2 rooms) or is adjacent (side by side, non connecting) okay?

Sending Pixie dust your way. We booked standard in Feb and were upgraded to full lagoon view at check in. They had assigned us ground floor, I just nicely asked if anything higher was available, DH likes to look around to get ideas for future trips. Lo and behold she gave us room 3063. For $199 + tax it couldn't be beat!

Did you request smoking or non-smoking? I always list that first as I couldn't stand to be in a smoking room. Please post when you return so we know how you made out with your room location. I hope to stay at YC next trip for the first time. Good luck!
