You will never know how much of a saving grace these boards have been this past year for taking my mind off some family troubles.

I wish all of my internet friends only the best in 2010! :grouphug:

Happy New Year to you too. I agree with you about 2009 - I too will be glad to see it go. May 2010 be a great year for all Disers.

I agree entirely. There have been bright spots in the year, but overall a very challenging one, probably one of the most challenging of my life so far. I hope 2010 is a great year for everyone.

Dittos my scentiments exactly.

Escaping to the DIS has kept me sane (an oxymoron if there ever was one) throughout the heart attacks, job loss, IEPs and whatever else life threw in my way. Remember "Queen for a Day" tv show? Course not you're all too young.
I'd like to give a big:grouphug: and Thank You:love:to the DIS for being there.

So glad 2009 is history..done..over..kaput!

Looking up and moving forward have a Disney 2010:earsgirl:

Totally agree! 2009 was nothing short of a rollercoaster for our family.

Looking forward to the new decade, and good health and happiness. :goodvibes

Happy New Year to all!:grouphug:

Goodbye 2009, and don't let the door hit you on the way out. While I am not a frequent poster, I do see many of you as friends in a port of storm. I can't tell you how many laughs were brought to me in the most odd locations. Here is to a happy, healthy 2010 for everyone, full of good chocolate and lower parking prices (uh, I can dream, can't I???)

I can understand about wanting a year to go away. In January 2006 I was diagnosed with cancer and in December 2006 I fell and broke my shoulder. I was very happy to see that year end. Coming up on 4 years cancer free. Another year and I am officially cured.

Happy 2010!

Add me to the list of those thrilled to see the end of 2009. I have a very small family...at the beginning of 2009 we totaled 14. Now there are 9 of us, including DH & me. It was, by far, the worst year of my life. So, bring on 2010...looking forward to a better year!

Congrats Kim!
I know that you will make it, I think we will need to have a little celebration next December to celebrate this milestone you are going to have.
Let me know if you want to plan a little celebratory get together.

Ah, yes...the Disboards give me so much. Escape, support, laughs, tears..the Disboards make a tough day, or week, or year, a little more bearable.
