Got an error message this morning, so I tried again and got maximum submission message. Guess I don't get to enter today.....

Same thing happened to me! And yesterday the "enter" button was missing.

Well Betty didn't email me yet today. Maybe she is out buying her additional batteries for her laptop so she can work from home.

I feel like I won the lottery. My son did come home from college. I'm so excited. He is only 30 minutes away but it feels like across the world when he is too busy to check in with me. Well at least now he is home and I can see he is safe and warm.

Laundry going and cooking on stove and oven. DH came in early too. So we are all here and I'm happy happy happy. The only thing that can make me happier is a winning confirmation. So for now.

Bring it on Nor'Easter! I'm ready.

BTW the side roads near the colleges in Worcester are awful!!!!!! I slid through multiple stop signs. I was quite nervous because the little kids from the area school had got out and them in their little sneakers were having a hard time with their footing too. It's going to be nasty out there when it starts snowing.

To the person that said they missed the snow......ha ha ha.....shovel a driveway one storm and you will be glad to not see any more. We forget.

Try refreshing your page. It worked for me yesterday. If it doesn't show up the first time try again and do it a couple more times. It should show up.

I'm a freelance writer by trade, so I'm always online and checking my email anyway. But my checking this month has just been insane! Good luck to everyone else for the rest of the contest!

1. I successfully completed a training run outside in the snowy mess.
2. I got my mammogram results and they are normal.
3. Our honorary teammate for our pediatric cancer run, who had been in the hospital and hospice and was unresponsive for several days, woke up today. She is eating, drinking, and talking again.

Can't complain! Maybe Betty will email me tomorrow!

We received our notification last week that we won the Flip Side contest!!! I must admit, I have been so excited that I have barely slept in a week.
I have been scouring the internet to find as much information about the castle suite as I could so that we can make the most of the experience, and I came across this thread and thought I would join in the fun. Now we are just waiting on Disney to call and arrange the details. I really hope we can celebrate my son's 5th birthday in the castle!! Oh, who am I kidding... I'll go whenever they let me!

First off congrats to our newest dis winner and welcome to the family. This is by far the best dis board out there. you will be able to research everything you need to know here. Try reading some trip reports. some of them are soo soooo funny start with Nebo's trip reports. he and his amazing wife have been going for years. a word of caution.. do not be eating or drinking anything lest you spit it out laughing. but not are they also really really entertaing you will pick up some amazing do's and dont's and great dining tips... things that come to mind are make sure to peel the peel and eat shrimp and do not touch the grill at tapan edo.

I am loving our warm spell! We hung outside yesterday afternoon and the kids rode bikes. Seems like so long since we have had it this nice.

I agree! We live in Parker, and it was so nice to be outside, not freezing!

I can relate to the posts about "I never win" well I don't.
But I guess that is because my life is so perfectly full of blessings it would be too much if I won and I'd feel too full of myself. Oh well I guess I'll take the risk.

OhMari, I was just looking through the last few pages of posts and noticed that you said your husband just worked in Worchester, MA. LOL, because that is how people from out of state think Worcester is pronounced, just haven't seen someone actually spell it that way other than cc on tv! Hope he is done as not to work through mountains of snow to get to the gas lin

I will be dreaming of Disney through this huge storm that is about to hit. I am also surprised by the number of us from MA. I live about 15 min. west of Worcester, but grew up near Leominster, and it is my shopping/dining grounds when I drop my son off at the mountain to snowboard.

Maybe many of us from the east coast head to Disneyworld for vacations, where as maybe more of you from CO and beyond tend to go to Disneyland? Just a thought. My son is heading there in March. I think he might be planning on relocating there, but I don't want to think about it!!

So happy another winner took time to post! I can't stop checking for a winning message! I was wondering what I was going to look up on the computer with no Disney trip to plan anymore! I am going crazy checking my emails for a win, while storm crazed people here are taking a nutty on our local supermarket for running out of bananas yesterday!

So I might have a friend willing to come with me to Night of Joy and wear tiaras.

Her son just got accepted to Florida tech. So she will be down there settling her son into college. She and her husband are looking at Condos and vacation homes down there. wahooooooo

Now of course a Castle win would be much more fun, but it would be cool to have a girls weekend too. DH will be ok with it as long as it's not the castle win. I guess I have to figure out both.

No not a lot out there yet. There is only maybe an inch on the bird feeder but the winds are blowing.

I was baking earlier so the house was toasty. Now it's starting to get cool. hmmm maybe I should make those cookies I opted not to bake tonight.

This is too funny. I was reading through Face Book and they had this "What kind of house should you live in?" survey and I answered the questions very honest and this is what it said in the end:

You should live in a Castle! Hey, one can dream right? You have always dreamed of living a life of royalty and there is nothing wrong with that! You believe in chivalry and secretly wished that people still dressed like Kings and Queens. You enjoy being pampered and most likely love Disney movies!
