entered today w/o problems, I enter around the same time each morning so I don't forget for the day. It's becoming routine.

And if I won, I would stay at:
1) AKL
2) Boardwalk
3) Pol -but since reading about the construction idk but for free, why not?
So hard to choose since I've never seen them in person, but it's fun reading and dreaming about which resort I would choose

I made a point to tour most of the deluxe resorts, though I could never afford to stay in one! I think I have been in all of them. Wilderness Lodge was by far my favorite (even though I expected it to be the Poly!) It was amazing. I love BC pool, but wish the hotel was a little "cooler", maybe needs updated.

WL reminds me of our resort, Grand Californian on the west coast, earthy and tranquil. I think they were designed by the same person.
"When" I win, lol I want to take a day and go hotel hopping! I'll probably add on 2 days and choose one rest day/dtd and one hotel day.

So, for the fun of it, I went through my calendar to see how long I think it will take for them to announce all the daily winners. By my calculations/assumptions, I would guess the last winner would be notified around February 16th.

I figured they didn't start notifying winners until January 5th. Plus the rules say that they will notify people on or about 3 days after each daily drawing, which I assume is to account for weekends. So if I assume that the winner of the Jan 1 drawing was notified on Jan 5 and the Jan 2 winner notified on Jan 6 and so on...minus weekends...that would put the last winner at getting notified on Feb 16.

Of course the holes in my logic are that they may notify more than one winner a day so they could have notified Jan 1-4 winners on Jan 5th. And sometimes I think they can run behind on notifications but it's all just guessing on my part! Haha - it gave me something to do in the airport and an excuse to hold on hope for notification as long as I can

Agree! I'd love to have them join this thread and tell us how they were notified, when, if they were told for which day they won, how many times they entered (once or twice or everyday like us crazies), and what exciting plans they are going to make!!!

I won last year, and I was notified by Email. I heard that previous years winners were notified by phone as well FedEx packages the years prior to that. I'm hoping for a double dose of pixie dust, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I win again. Because of winning last year, I was able to celebrate getting my Bachelor's Degree in Criminology with staying at Walt Disney World!

Here's hoping I, as well as all my fellow DIS'ers get a sprinkling of Pixie Dust and Disney Magic in the coming days!

Hey! I went back to school and am graduating with my teaching degree in May...maybe I'll get to do the same! Actually we have a trip to Vegas planned to celebrate, will be my first time there....but 2 trips would be OK with me!

Good luck! I knew I was going to celebrate my Graduation in Disney regardless, it was just a wonderful perk that it was free!

Here's hoping I can treat my parents to a wonderful 35th Wedding Anniversary this year if I win!

Ugh, I just "entered". I clicked the box to enter and I received a try back later message because they had a problem. So I clicked enter again and received a message saying I exceeded my entry for today!
