It's Back-January Trip-A-Day Contest!

Thanks for this tip! I just entered a bunch of vacation contests... I never win things like that though. I just drained my Disneymovierewards account but hey a chance to win a trip is worth it!

Well good luck! I keep telling myself someone's gotta' win and one day it will be me - LOL!

Having really bad WDW withdrawl!! Haven't been "home" since 2012 and would LOVE to win a stay in the castle. Just getting back on the DISboards again and I feel the excitement!
Hoping lots of DISers win!:cheer2:

I've had trouble the last 2 days. First week was great, no problems at all. Yesterday it said error after I hit enter, and when I went to retry it said max limit had been reached for the day. Same thing happened again today. I'll wait until late tomorrow to try again.

This is happening to me too. I have no idea why or how to fix it. Hopefully tomorrow is better :goodvibes

I wonder if you already have a trip booked if they jump right over you? Disney told me the reason I never get a pin code is because they know that I come back every year! Any thoughts on this?

I don't think so. My aunt won for last year's contest and she already had a trip planned for July. There was another winner too from last year (DIS poster) who also already had a trip planned.

My DH and I keep having disagreements on which Deluxe we will stay at when we win :dance3:

He wants Poly which would be fine if it wasn't under construction.

I'm torn on GF, YC, or BW. I like BW, but the pool creeps me out :scared:

If it weren't for that pool, BW would be my first choice! It's terrifying! So glad someone feels the same way! :rotfl2:

WOW!!!! I got an email!!!!

What could be better than a trip to the Castle???
I was contacted by Linda Diane Johnson telling me to contact Peter Adams to claim my $5,500,000.00.

Wow I'm the luckiest person every..

GRRRRRRRR
I do fear someone will figure out my email from posting on here and send me a fake email that I won my Castle trip and pout pout pout it not be true.

I hope when I do win there is some official check in way to know I'm not being scammed and not sending documents to someone that will use my information illegally.

Sorry Linda, I won't be calling Pete and avoiding the contacts from Nigeria. I'll wait for my Castle call.

Hey, my birthday is in November and I will be 50 also....1965 was a good year!

100% Not true.

1- I have a trip booked for Feb. and have received a pin code just this week. That is the second time that has happened.

2- Contests are done through another company- this one is through Ventura (I think) who have absolutely no access to reservations. Like I have said in a previous post I have won a lot of things and not a single one of them was handled by the actual company- it has always been an outside marketing firm.

Do you mind if I ask you what pin code you received? I am praying for free dining in March so I can take my daughter for her 5th birthday.

I had a vacation planned last October and had to cancel. Have gotten 2 pin codes since then. I think I received 1 before that. Usually 30% off a room.

Not to change subject, but as for entering contests, you should check out the HGTV house contest. I think that's the right one. You get a house, car and $250,000!! Total value of over $2M!

ok here's what I don't get. The prize package is for 4 nights with 5 days of park tickets, right? From the trip reports of others who have won a stay in Cinderella's castle, they've reported leaving most of their stuff in their hotel room and packing an overnight bag for the castle. So doesn't that really mean it's a 3 night stay? Or do they do that for simplicity and really they have it figured out when you do win?

that's a good question! My guess would be that the first night is in the Castle, the remaining nights are in a different resort that you already have reservations for and I am sure they will move your stuff for you (or at least, I would assume that, being Disney!)

DH, who has been entering daily, just lost his mind. He was flipping through our phone and saw that we had a call from WDW today. He didn't realize that the sweepstakes wins would come from Ventura. He plays the message, and it said "Mr. Walker, this is so-and-so calling from Walt Disney World."

It was the DVC salesperson that we met with in June letting us know that Poly is going on sale.

DH has decided that Disney should not be allowed to call anyone for any reason until March, so as to not unnecessarily get anyone's hopes up :rotfl:

Any one get this reply today. It was my first attempt to enter today.
