I don't know that you would want to be there in Winter. It is snowy here and I'm sure Yellowstone is looking mighty empty.

Is it still snowing?

It did a little over night. But this morning it was warming up so it slowly melted away, except on the mountains.

There has been some quick light showers on and off today, but melting once it hits the ground.

Chances are best that this snow will melt away. Probably only snow on the north faces of the mountain will make it until Winter.

Last year it was about the 15th when the mountains got snow but the valley didn't for a month. It was really wierd it was just staying there 200 feet higher.

The earliest I remember full on Winter starting was Halloween.

We're having our coldest day in the next week today. It should warm up as much as 20 degrees in some areas, back to the 90's! Just luckily not here.

It's cold here. I felt awkward wearing shorts to pick up DS yesterday. So today I wore pants. First time wearing pants since last spring.

It rained on Wednesday and I've actually been wearing shirts with some sleeves since then. I think I've been wearing tank tops every day since April.
