We're watching these Twilight movies. I don't get it why does an 18 year old girl get obsessed with a hundred year old guy in an 18 year old's body and want to be a vampire?

I actually can't stand Twilight. I tried reading the first book and it was so bad that it gave me a migraine. What I've heard about it just raises so many red flags for me that it's scary how young girls want relationships like that.

But anyway.

3 team members have just been let go....immediately....

One was already planning to leave in October.....

I think....I guess....this means I've been select as someone 'required' as this project moves into the next phase.....

Just depends on the employer, sometimes a few days or longer if they dont feel like doing it. thats the problem here in the US you dont know what they will do. It can be very frustrating.

Is it worth working for a company who doesnt care about you? It sounds like they dont care how long you have to work as long as you get the job done. That sounds terrible. At least this will be a great work reference.
