It's All Part of the Plan...A Thanksgiving Grand Gathering for DH's Family of 20!

We're planning a Grand Gathering with 14 people in June, so your PTR caught my eye! It looks like you've got some great plans. How exciting that it's coming up so fast!

Hope the birthday party today went well! We have holiday babies, too, but ours are Christmas (yes, ), Fourth of July...and tax day. It just adds a whole other dimension to trying to plan a birthday party, doesn't it???

Yay! So happy to have more readers. Have so much planning your Grand Gatherings....our family is so excited and I'm happy that I have played a big role in planning. I just hope everyone is happy with the choices I've made for them .

So we finished up with the big Halloween weekend birthday bash. So exhausted! We had about 40 people over yesterday, and 25 were here last Wedneday. The little princess was so happy and excited about it though. She was supposed to be Sleeping Beauty for Halloween but refused to put on the dress and only wanted to wear her new tutu a friend made for her. So off she went with her tutu and a t-shirt with Cinderella, Belle and Sleeping Beauty dressed in Halloween garb. Better than nothing and she's only 3 so I figure people know how difficult they can be .

As for the big trip, we are down to 18 days (getting closer to 17!) and I'm starting to stalk www.accuweather.com. Only 3 more days until I get to see the weather for our first day there...but it's looking pretty consistent in upper 70's to low 80's. We all have our ME packages....this week I need to get the cat vaccinated so he can go to the kennel while we are away. No idea what else needs to get done....can't wait to start packing!
