Hi all,
Yep we are officially 180 days out today.
So this afternoon I sat down with my good ladies plan and booked our ADRs for our first 10 days.
Got everything we wanted too :)
Anyway, that's not the poin of the thread, has anyone else had problems with booking their ADRs on the Disney website?
It kept telling me it couldn't link our reservation so we couldn't do anymore than one days worth. In the end I had to phone, but we've still 5 more days to do and it would be easier online.
Am I missing something or doing it wrong or is there a known problem ?
 
I had the same problem doing mine back in nov, I ended up ringing and doing them over the phone fir this first 10 and then just did it dat by day for the rest. I can find them though with my reservation numbers online but still can't link them.
 
You need to get a different number. This happens to me every year! If you call they give you a differently configured number. Glitch with UK booking references I think.
 
My 180 day was Sunday and the new website wouldnt work for me either. I could see my trip dates highlighted but couldnt click on them. I ended up using my 12 digit number on the ipad which was still showing the old website.

Everything worked fine on the old website but it was very slow on the ipad so I phoned some in as well. All reservations by ipad and phone have appeared correctly on the disney experience part of the new website so I was very relieved but have no idea what the problem was or why the ipad shows the old website.

Will be relieved to be finished with ADRS tomorrow!

I can't seem to get the disney experience on the website at all so I'm guessing I'm not getting the new website. Only used it on the app on the iPad and iPhone and they all come up ok.
 
I'm worried about this, I can't get access to the My Disney Experience and the old page keeps changing its mind if it wants to accept my reservation number or not. Grrrrr
 
im so relieved i have been really struggling to link and navigate my round the my disney experience page , it says it has no record of my booking and i just find it totally confusing !! glad its not just me !! eek my adr in 15 days i dont want to ring them will cost a fortune from mobile !!!

If you do have to call it won't cost anything (maybe a slight charge from a mobile). Call 0800 169 0732. This is the U.K booking line.
 
How are people getting the new website with the Disney Experience part to work?? II got the new one for about a week then it went back to the old one and hasn't come back since :(
